This is a job we recently completed in lubenham.
A garden room was built ready to enjoy for the summer.
We had to batten out the ceiling to get over some electrical work, we then boarded it and skimmed everything.
Customer was really happy with the finish we left.

Before and after photos of a bedroom we have just completed in desborough.

ā€¢Flaking artex ceiling was overboarded.

ā€¢Damaged blown bits of plaster removed and bonded

ā€¢Picture rail removed and wood around the chimney breast removed.

ā€¢Then a complete re-skim of the room, leaving the job with 2 happy customers.

The carpet is being removed šŸ˜‰

Water was getting in from some damaged brickwork and lead work outside this property in desborough.

Once that was rectified we could get on with the issues it had caused inside.

We removed all blown and damp sections of plaster. Allowed the brickwork to dry, before adding tanking slurry.

We finally plasterboarded and plastered to restore the room to its former glory, ready to be decorated.
