Now that Design in Mental Health 2026 has come to a close, we'd like to thank everyone who visited the Bushboard Washrooms stand and took the time to speak with us.

The event provided a great opportunity to connect with people from across the healthcare sector, share ideas, and have some really valuable conversations around creating safer environments within mental health settings.

We were also pleased to showcase our new reduced ligature IPS design, which received very positive feedback throughout the exhibition. It was encouraging to hear such strong interest and discuss how thoughtful, innovative design can support both safety and wellbeing.

We’re pleased to share our latest case study at County Hospital, Stafford, where a new purpose-built Breast Care Unit has been delivered featuring Bushboard Healthcare IPS solutions.

Working alongside Integrated Health Projects and AT Commercial Interiors, we supplied and installed HBN-compliant IPS systems designed to support infection control, improve hygiene, and create a more efficient clinical environment.

The new facility brings together diagnostics, consultation, treatment, and support services in a calm, modern setting — helping to enhance both patient experience and operational flow. Our IPS installations were specified to deliver smooth, easy-clean surfaces, robust maintenance access, and a consistent high-quality finish throughout the unit.
