🌿 New Contracts & Continued Growth

We’re pleased to share some more positive news for Cheesman’s Landscape Services.
We have recently been awarded the grounds maintenance contract for Gallica, a new development by Brookworth Homes in Sissinghurst. It’s great to be involved with a brand-new development from the outset, and we look forward to a new direction of commercial maintenance.

We’re also pleased to have secured another retirement development in Battle, with the new grounds maintenance contract starting in January 2027.

Alongside these new contracts, we’re currently quoting for further retirement developments across East Kent, as we continue to strengthen and expand our commercial grounds maintenance rounds across Kent and Sussex.

If you manage a retirement development, residential estate or commercial site across Kent or Sussex and are reviewing your grounds maintenance for 2027, we’d be very happy to discuss your requirements and provide a competitive quotation.

As part of our grounds maintenance services, we also take care of those additional jobs that help keep outdoor spaces looking smart, well-maintained and presentable throughout the year.

We're delighted to announce that we've been awarded another grounds maintenance contract!

Starting this September, we'll be providing grounds maintenance services at Dickens Lodge, Broadstairs, on behalf of Churchill Living, Estates Management.
We're grateful for the opportunity to continue growing our portfolio across Kent and would like to thank Churchill Living for placing their trust in us to look after another one of there sites. We look forward to maintaining the beautiful outdoor spaces at Dickens Lodge to the highest standard.

We're looking for a self employed reliable and hardworking Grounds Maintenance & Gardening Operative to join our team on a part-time basis, with the opportunity to progress into a full-time position for the right candidate.

Duties Include:

✅ Grass cutting and lawn maintenance
✅ Hedge trimming and pruning
✅ W**d control and garden upkeep
✅ General grounds maintenance
✅ Operating gardening and grounds maintenance equipment

Requirements:

✔ Full UK driving licence (essential)
✔ Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
✔ Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions
✔ Previous experience required and a rough knowledge of plants and weeds.
✔ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
