We’re always more than happy to spend time with you during your showroom and choices appointments. We want you to feel comfortable, have all the information you need, and make the right decisions for your project.

That said, once we’ve put the time into your appointment, agreed a start date, prepared and sent over paperwork, we do need a response from you — even if it’s simply to let us know you need a little more time or you wish not to progress further. Unfortunately people are left waiting to book diary slots that we have pre contract allocated to you out of good will.

We’re a busy family run business and our time is valuable too, so when paperwork is sent over and we receive no response or are left chasing, it unfortunately means time has been spent on something that isn’t progressing, and other clients are been pushed further down the line.

We completely understand that life gets busy and decisions can take time, but we’d really appreciate the same consideration for our time as we give to yours. A quick reply or update is all we ask. 😊

Thank you for understanding and for valuing the time and effort we put into helping you with your project.

Kind regards

Matt & Danielle

Bathroom we recently completed over in Oulton. We opened up an archway in the main bathroom to make use of a large back bedroom, giving us extra space to add a shower area. Big input from the client on this one, working alongside Danielle to create something that not only works well, but looks stunning too.

Our favorite addition is the bespoke floating vanity in our Cordoba coast evoke oak, finished with our 30mm Carrara quartz manufactured by Bespoke Granite Ltd as always.

All work completed by in house from initial design through to completion, all products featured in our 26/27 aqua brochre.

If you’re thinking about a new kitchen, bedroom , bathroom or living space in 2027, now is the time to get in touch.
