Complete exterior renovation of a beautiful Victorian property in Leamington. Pointed in the verges on the gable ends. Repaired all sash windows and sills, bargeboard and mortar panels. Burnt old flaky paint off, removed rotten timber, saving what I could. Applied preserver and prepared before finishing with specialist breathable paint.

Given the task of transforming an empty room devoid of character into a stunning dining room. Reinstated a picture rail, which is of the period of the house. Painted the room with Heritage paint. Laid a slate effect floor which is both durable and waterproof. Designed and built the shelving from specially treated scaffold boards and chunky steam-punk steel brackets. Swapped wall lighting for an adjustable head so it could be placed outside of the shelf to not encase but spread the light. Procured and treated an acacia wood table and bench and added chairs. 😀😀
