Here’s one of our tractors out working for a local council on a cut and remove job.
But what exactly does that mean?
Cut and remove work involves cutting back overgrown vegetation and removing the arisings from site, rather than simply leaving the material where it falls.
This can be an important part of managing grassland and areas of overgrown vegetation. Removing the cut material helps to:
🌱 Reduce the build-up of nutrients in the soil, which can encourage vigorous grasses and weeds to dominate.
🌼 Give wildflowers and other lower-growing species a better chance to establish and thrive.
🌿 Prevent areas from becoming increasingly dense and overgrown.
🦋 Support longer-term biodiversity and habitat management when carried out at the appropriate time and in the right way.
🚜 And, of course, it leaves the site looking tidy and well managed!
For councils, landowners and contractors, choosing the right people to do the job is important too. Our team has the machinery, experience and practical knowledge to tackle vegetation management effectively.
From routine grounds maintenance to larger-scale vegetation management, Ventureserve can provide the equipment and expertise to get the job done properly.
