💧 Progress update from our fascia & gutter refurbishment project in Kenilworth 💧

Quick video showing the new Deepflow guttering draining correctly with the proper fall set throughout the run ✅

Brackets have been spaced no more than 700mm apart to ensure maximum support and to help cope with heavy rainfall 🌧️

It’s the small details that make the difference when installing guttering properly 👌

More updates to come as this refurbishment project progresses including the timber fascia restoration, verge repairs and slate repairs.

Recent ridge replacement completed in Warwick 🔨🏠

The old mortar ridge system had started to fail, so we stripped all existing ridge tiles and upgraded the roof to a new maintenance free dry ridge system.

All ridge tiles are now mechanically fixed, giving the roof a much stronger and longer lasting finish while also improving ventilation and reducing future maintenance issues 👌

This week we’ve returned to strip and re-roof the lower roof areas using new artificial slate to tie in perfectly with the existing roof we completed previously. Great to be trusted by returning customers to come back and carry out the next stage of improvements to their home 👌
