Complete Re-Roof in Kenilworth 🏡
This re-roof has definitely been one to remember! 😅
Over the past few weeks we’ve battled 🌧️ torrential rain, ☀️ 39°C heat, the heartbreak of England’s World Cup semi-final exit ⚽💔, and then another spell of 🥵 35°C temperatures.
The weather made this project especially challenging. In extreme heat, roof tiles become too hot to safely handle, and when it’s raining, it’s simply not possible to strip a roof without risking the property. We had to work around the conditions and make the most of every dry, safe day. 💪
This full re-roof included:
✅ New roof tiles
✅ New breathable roofing felt
✅ New treated timber battens
✅ Chimney repointing
✅ New leadwork throughout
✅ Custom-made welded lead back gutter
✅ Rendering the flashings into the neighbouring property
✅ Apex re-rendered
