For just £17.99 per month, our Care Plan includes:

• Annual boiler service

• Priority booking on plumbing and heating repairs

• No call-out charge on eligible plumbing and heating faults

• Up to 1 hour diagnostic time included per fault

• 10% discount on repairs

• Annual visual inspection of accessible plumbing

The plan is designed to provide peace of mind, help identify potential issues early, and ensure your boiler continues to operate safely and efficiently.

Before membership becomes active, we carry out an initial boiler service and system inspection to ensure everything is in good working order. Any existing faults identified during the inspection would need to be rectified before membership benefits commence.

The dreaded rubbish copper.

Some of you may know that a lot of houses and extensions built in the area around a certain time, seem to be fitted with poor 15mm copper pipework.

This shows in the form of a pinhole in the copper pipework, typically on 15mm cold mains.

On my last run in with the poor copper, I discovered another leaking pinhole in the same pipe that had not yet made its way through the plasterboard yet.
