ANOTHER ONE FINISHED

📍ROMNEY ROAD, KENDAL 📍

Another patio completed using the 600 x 900 Kandla Grey paving. Giving the area a fresh, clean finish.

Hardcore and sand supplied by Pennington’s Quarry, with the paving flags and pointing supplied by JT Atkinson’s — all local suppliers in Kendal.

Another one ticked off the list. 💪

ANOTHER ONE FINISHED 👌

Been on this one for the last couple of weeks, completely changing the old patio and paths.

We stripped everything back, sorted the levels and drainage, got the ground prepared and then started laying the new porcelain.

The client went with 600 x 900 Light Grey Juno porcelain, supplied by JT Atkinson Kendal, with 20mm Black Ice around the edges.

Hardcore and sand supplied by Pennington’s Quarry.

Quite a bit of work went into getting everything right on this one, especially around the house and existing drainage, but everyone is really happy with how it’s turned out.

The lads thoroughly enjoyed this one.

Another one ticked off. 💪

Busy on a project in Windermere over the last few weeks.

We’ve been lending a hand to Magnum Opus Landscaping. on this absolute whopper of a job. 💪

It’s been a real privilege to work with some stunning calibrated slate paving, supplied by R R Stone Ltd👌

The project is now nearly complete, with just the finishing touches and a wet-look colour seal left to bring it all together.

Some seriously impressive work on this one — can’t wait to see the finished result! 🤘

📍 Silver Howe Close, Kendal – Complete ✅

Here’s the finished result from one of our latest projects in Kendal.

This was a complete exterior renovation, including new patio areas, drainage improvements, rendering, replacement wall tops, resin pointing and repairs to existing water ingress. Every stage of the job was completed with care to make sure the finished result not only looks great but is built to last.

Seeing the difference from where we started to where we’ve finished is always the most rewarding part of the job, and we’re really pleased with how this one has turned out.

A big thank you to our client for trusting us with their home. We hope they enjoy their new outdoor space for many years to come.

Vicarage Drive - Kendal 📍

Another project moving in the right direction. 💪

This garage is being transformed into a warm, dry and usable space from the ground up.

We started by fixing a waterproof cavity membrane to all the walls, using waterproof plugs before installing treated timber battens to create the framework. Every joint was then sealed with waterproof tape and the entire system was checked to ensure it was completely watertight. 💧

Once we were happy, everything was sealed correctly, we installed high-performance insulation boards. Securing them with insulation washers and finishing every joint with foil tape and foam to create an airtight, energy-efficient envelope. We also ran a cable so the client could eventually wire it up for lights and a fan. ⚡️

It’s the work you don’t see that makes the biggest difference. Taking the time to get the waterproofing and insulation right means this space will stay warm, dry and built to last.

Front Garden Transformation |
Curson Rise, Kendal 📍

Sometimes it’s the smaller projects that make the biggest difference.

This front garden was ready for a refresh, so we set about creating a stylish raised planter that would bring structure, character, and year-round interest to the entrance of the property.

🔨 Day One
• Removed the existing slate chippings and old weed-control membrane
• Prepared the area and installed a new high-quality membrane to ensure a clean, long-lasting finish

🌿 Day Two
• Constructed and installed a bespoke raised planter using treated timber sleepers supplied by Hanafin M D & Sons Ltd
• Applied end-grain seal to all cuts for maximum protection and longevity
• Assembled using treated exterior-grade fixings
• Finished with fresh soil and decorative slate chippings to complete the transformation

The finished result is a clean, elegant feature that enhances the property’s kerb appeal while providing the perfect space for planting and seasonal colour.

We’re delighted with how this one turned out, and most importantly, so is the customer.

If you’re looking to enhance your outdoor space with sleeper planters, garden borders, decorative stonework, or a complete landscaping makeover, we’d be happy to help.

📍 Grange-over-Sands

Not every patio is built to last forever — sometimes it just needs a little expert attention.

This garden had several sunken paving slabs and uneven edges, making the space difficult to use and taking away from its appearance. We stepped in to bring it back to life.

✅ Re-levelled and rectified all sunken paving
✅ Installed a new main pathway for easy access to and from the summer house
✅ Finished the project with beautiful Raj Green 100x100 set edging for a clean, crisp finish

The result? A safer, more practical outdoor space that looks fantastic and is ready to be enjoyed for years to come.
