🎨 Exterior House Refresh 🏡

Another happy customer in Kendal! This lovely couple wanted to give the front of their home a fresh new look, and we're delighted with the transformation.

🔨 What we completed:
• Pressure washed all the exterior walls to remove dirt and grime.
• Applied a fungus-killing treatment to help protect the render.
• Filled and repaired imperfections in the rendered walls.
• Finished with a fresh coat of Cornish Cream masonry paint, giving the property a clean, bright, and timeless appearance.

Preparation is key to achieving a long-lasting finish, and we're proud to deliver results that not only look great but are built to last.

✨ Living Room Transformation✨

🔨 Here's what we completed:
• Sanded the original wooden floor, then stained and varnished it for a beautiful, durable finish.
• Opened up the fireplace and installed a brand-new wood-burning stove.
• Repaired all the walls before painting the walls and ceiling.
• Removed loose skirting boards, sanded and painted them.
• Reinstalled the skirting boards securely to ensure a solid, long-lasting finish.

The end result is a warm, inviting living space that's ready to be enjoyed for years to come.

✨This project involved transforming the hallway and living room with brand-new ceilings, following the removal of old cupboards and the installation of matching shelves to the right of the chimney breast.
The ceilings were replaced with new plasterboard, fully plastered and painted for a fresh, clean finish. We also fitted new coving to complete the look.
To finish the space, the wood-burning stove was refurbished and the flue liner replaced, ensuring both style and safety.

A great upgrade that’s made a big difference to the home!
