We are still looking for good people 🙂.

Must have the basic tickets for each job, unfortunately we can't hire folk with no qualifications at all this round, so please only apply if you have chainsaw qualifications!

We have a few openings currently as we have grown a bit, looking for people to grow with us in the world of Trees.

we are real living wage employers so minimum for inexperienced staff would be around £27k PA.

Experienced staff would be up to £48k PA (if you were completely amazing at all things trees and also a lovely human). We don’t like assigning rates to positions as it highly depends on experience and skill level, when hiring for a few people we can be a bit more flexible on roles😊

Current positions:

Groundsperson -
Non negotiables: must have a CS30/31 (basic chainsaw certificate) and driving license / own vehicle

Climber -
Non negotiables: must have a CS30/31 (basic chainsaw certificate), Climbing certification, aerial rescue certification, and driving license / own vehicle

Team Leader -
Non negotiables: must have a CS30/31 (basic chainsaw certificate), Climbing certification, aerial rescue certification, and driving license / own vehicle, and a decent amount of experience. You wouldnt necessarily have to climb day to day, but you need to be competent in it, and comfortable in keeping an eye on others safety and competency in a tree.

Priority Person Requirements, regardless of job title: good with people and an all round decent human.

We do all types of tree work, so you must be equally up for large crane works as you are for hedges and ground based felling- its ok if there are gaps in knowledge or experience, we can work on that, but we don't do egos or laziness. You must be willing to muck in with everyone.

The company is machinery heavy which reduces the manual lifting, you'll get plenty of interesting work with fair pay, and the option for private health and dental insurance.

Awkward access on these conifer tree removals in Aberdeen today. TPO area so once these have been removed they will be getting replanted, they were just unfortunately quite vulnerable now as the trees along the back of them had been blowing.

Top of a fairly significant bank with narrow access, so old fashioned methods it is, hard graft but good to keep the hand in and remember why we are so lucky to have the machinery most of the time!

We are growing again and need a experienced new set of hands to join us on the journey 😁😁

Epic is currently a team of 10 excellent humans (if we do say so ourselves🤣) and we are looking for an experienced arborist to help run our teams in Keith, Scotland.

Priority Person Requirements: competent, confident climber with Arb experience, good with people and an all round decent human.

We do all types of tree work, so you must be equally up for large crane works as you are for hedges and ground based felling- its ok if there are gaps in knowledge or experience, we can work on that, but we don't do egos or laziness. You must be willing to muck in with everyone. You won’t have to climb all the time, but you need to have done it long enough it’s automatic, and be willing and able to teach.

Sunny start to day 2 of Keith show, looks like a few folk have sore heads but lots of smiles and friendly faces already ❤️😊

Fab first day of the show culminating in some lovely words from the trade show stall judges saying that we stood out for how welcoming and friendly we were, look we even got a prize, proper chuffed ❤️❤️🤘🤘

Extra thanks to the lovely Mel Stewart for taking the photo of a slightly flustered and very pleased me shortly after they told us and passed us it ❤️😄
