Recently completed extension adding a double bedroom with dressing room & en-suite above a redefined entrance.

Areas of the interior have been reconfigured to create a larger open plan sitting room, separate kitchen & dining space to take advantage of the external views.

Designed to embrace its surroundings. Set within a highly sought-after location in the National Park, this former agricultural building had recently been converted to residential use, however poor quality materials and deteriorating timber construction meant a fresh start was needed.

Our proposal replaces the existing structure with a carefully designed new home on the same footprint, centred around bright open-plan living and spectacular views. The main lounge is elevated to the upper floor, where expansive glazing and a balcony make the most of the stunning landscape beyond.

At ground level, the kitchen and dining space flow directly onto a sunlit terrace, creating a seamless connection between inside and out. Built to modern insulation standards and warmed by a wood-burning stove, the home combines comfort, efficiency, and character — with two private double bedrooms tucked quietly away to one side of the house.
