GREENOCK PROJECT

In this video, I walk you round the whole roof, showing you exactly where the defects have been causing problems and explaining how we’re going to put each one right.

When it’s finished, this roof comes backed by a 100-year warranty with CUPA and a 15-year guarantee from CP Roofing Solutions. That’s the kind of peace of mind that only comes from doing the job properly.

Let the professionals take care of your property, you’re in safe hands.

We’re now taking bookings for 2027. If you’ve got a project you’d like us to come and assess, drop us a message or give us a call.

📍 **KILLEARN | FULL RE-ROOF — WORK IN PROGRESS**

Another cracking property handed over to the CPRS team. 🏡

This is the before. Grabbed some drone footage of the existing roof before we got stuck in — proper stunning home out in Killearn, and it deserves a roof to match.

🔹 Full strip — old roof and the solar all coming off

🔹 Re-roofing in Marley Edgemere Duo, Anthracite — that slate look without the slate bill

🔹 Solar going straight back on when we’re done, plus extra panels added

This is the stuff we love. Big bespoke homes that deserve a proper roof over them. Tile, solar — done right, done once.

Keep an eye out — we’ll be back with the finished footage once the new roof’s on. The transformation’s going to be worth the wait. 👀

📍 Nail Sickness on Slate Roofs

Nail sickness occurs when the original nails holding slates in place corrode and fail over time.
This causes slates to slip, loosen, or fall — leading to leaks and further roof damage.

🔍 Signs to look for:
• Slipped or uneven slates
• Visible rusted nail heads
• Repeated patch repairs
• Water ingress inside the property

⚠️ Solution:
Full strip and re-slate using modern fixings (copper/stainless steel) — patching won’t solve the root issue.
