🏡✨ EXCITING IDEAS FOR THE FUTURE OF WRIGHT FLOW LTD!

We want to hear from YOU! 👀

We’re currently exploring the possibility of opening our very own Wright Flow showroom and design consultation space, and we’d love to know what our customers think!

Our vision is to create a welcoming space where you can come along, by appointment, sit down with us over a coffee and bring your home improvement ideas to life! ☕🏡

🚿 Bathroom Design & Planning
Sit down with us and design your dream bathroom together! Explore different layouts, styles and finishes, see samples in person and actually touch and feel the quality of the products before making your decisions.

🔥 Air Source Heat Pumps & Renewables
See a working Vaillant heat pump up close, hear how quietly they operate and get a better understanding of how the technology could work in your home.

🏡 Home Improvements & Renovations
Whether you’re planning a new bathroom, heating upgrade or larger renovation, we’d have a dedicated space to discuss your ideas, look through options and plan your project together.

💚 A More Personal Experience
We want to make choosing products and planning home improvements easier, giving you the opportunity to see what you’re investing in rather than relying on pictures and brochures.

BUT HERE’S WHERE WE NEED YOUR HELP! 👇

We’re really interested to know whether this is something our customers and local community would benefit from.

💬 Would you visit a Wright Flow showroom?

💬 Would you prefer to sit down with us and design your bathroom in person?

💬 Would being able to see, touch and feel products before purchasing make a difference to you?

💬 What else would you like to see in a showroom?

Let us know your thoughts in the comments! 👇

Nothing is set in stone just yet, but we’re excited about the possibility of taking Wright Flow to the next level, and we’d love our customers to be part of that journey!

Hey guys!

If you’ve been wondering why the office has been a little quieter than usual lately…

Our superstar Vicki has been living her best life in Turkey for nearly TWO weeks and finally returns home next Wednesday — thank goodness! 🥵😂

I really hope you’ve been enjoying the sunshine, cocktails and relaxation, Vicki… although I’m pretty sure you have! She has been sending pictures to prove it ☀️

Normal service will resume next Wednesday, and I promise all messages will be replied to as soon as she’s back and recovered from her holiday! 😂

Sorry for the slower replies, and thank you so much for your patience!

Abby x

p.s remember my present Vicki 💚

Day 1 on this one and we’re straight into it 👷‍♂️🔧

Plenty to get through, but a good start made today by the Wright Flow team. Looking forward to seeing the transformation on this one 👌

Also… surely we’re getting close to enough cans for a Monster sponsorship? 😂 Would save me a fortune!

Keep an eye out for the progress 👀

🏆 A night to remember at the Scottish Home Improvement Awards!

Here’s a little look back at our day at the awards. 🍾

To be there representing Wright Flow and to have our work recognised alongside some brilliant businesses from across Scotland was a massive moment for us.

We’ve come a long way over the last few years. There have been plenty of long days, late nights and challenges along the way, but nights like this make you stop and realise just how far the business and the whole team have come.

A huge thank you to our team, our customers, suppliers and everyone who continues to support Wright Flow — we genuinely couldn’t do what we do without you. 💙

We’re proud of what we’ve built, but we’re nowhere near finished yet.

Here’s to the next chapter. 🥂

🏆✨ LOOK WHAT WE CAME HOME WITH ON FRIDAY NIGHT! ✨🏆

We are absolutely SO, SO CHUFFED to share that Wright Flow was HIGHLY RECOMMENDED at the Scottish Home Improvement Awards 2026 for Scotland’s Best Plumbing & Heating Company! 🥳🏆

What an absolutely lovely and fun night we had! 🥂✨ It was fantastic to get dressed up, enjoy a few drinks, have plenty of laughs and celebrate alongside so many brilliant businesses from across Scotland.

To have Wright Flow recognised as Highly Recommended means so much to us. ❤️ It’s a real reflection of the hard work, dedication and pride we put into what we do every day.

A huge thank you to Scottish Home Improvent Awards for a fantastic evening and, most importantly, a massive thank you to all our customers, friends, family and our amazing team for your continued support. 🔥🔧❤️

We’re feeling very proud, very grateful and still buzzing! 😁🏆

🔧 Inspiring the Next Generation of Tradespeople!

Today our boss Brandon was at Jedburgh Grammar School, working alongside Developing the Young Workforce (DYW Borders) and giving pupils a hands-on introduction to some entry-level plumbing skills.

The pupils got stuck in working with copper pipe and fittings, learning some of the basic skills used within the plumbing and heating industry. 🔧🔥

At Wright Flow, we’re big believers in supporting the next generation and showing young people that the trades can offer a brilliant career with loads of opportunities to learn, progress and build a future.

It was great for Brandon to pass on some of his knowledge and experience — and hopefully inspire a few future plumbers and heating engineers along the way! 👏

A massive thank you to DYW Borders and Jedburgh Grammar School for having us along. 💙
