We blocked up the old back door to give this kitchen the layout it deserved. Sage green shaker units, oak worktops and room to actually cook.

Same room. Different kitchen.

Thinking about changing your layout?

Sometimes the biggest difference comes from moving a door or a wall, not just new units. Give us a shout for a free quote.

𝐓𝐨𝐩 𝐭𝐢𝐩 𝐅𝐫𝐢𝐝𝐚𝐲 🏠

Ever stood in the paint aisle trying to remember which “white” you used in the hallway three years ago? There are about 400 of them!!

Start a house folder. A simple box file or a ring binder will do. In it goes:

📄 Receipts for any work done
🛡️ Guarantees and warranties
🎨 Paint colours (brand, name and finish) for every room
🔧 Boiler service records and appliance manuals

It saves a fortune when something needs a touch-up, a repair, or a claim under guarantee. And if you ever sell, buyers and solicitors will love your attention to detail.

Future you will be grateful. 👍🏻

Welcome to my new instagram page, is your local, reliable team for homes in and around Ivybridge and the South Hams. From quick handyman jobs and decorating to new kitchens, bathrooms and full house renovations, it's one trusted business from start to finish.

𝐀 𝐜𝐥𝐚𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐜 𝐛𝐚𝐭𝐡𝐫𝐨𝐨𝐦, 𝐟𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐬𝐡𝐞𝐝 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐥𝐲 ✨
We've recently completed this full bathroom renovation, and it's one we're really proud of.
The brief was a timeless, traditional look that still feels fresh. The answer was all in the balance of colour, tone and texture:
🔹 𝐃𝐞𝐞𝐩 𝐧𝐚𝐯𝐲 𝐩𝐚𝐧𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐠, grounds the room and gives it real character, from the tongue-and-groove walls to the panelled bath front.
🔹 𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐛𝐥𝐞-𝐞𝐟𝐟𝐞𝐜𝐭 𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐜𝐞𝐥𝐚𝐢𝐧, tiling lifts the bath and shower area, giving you the classic look of marble with none of the upkeep. It's tough, water-resistant and easy to keep clean.
🔹 𝐁𝐫𝐮𝐬𝐡𝐞𝐝 𝐛𝐫𝐚𝐬𝐬 𝐟𝐢𝐱𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞𝐬, tie it all together: crosshead taps, rainfall shower head, thermostatic valve, concealed flush and a heritage-style towel radiator.
🔹 𝐂𝐥𝐚𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐜 𝐰𝐡𝐢𝐭𝐞 𝐬𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐫𝐲𝐰𝐚𝐫𝐞, with a pedestal basin and traditional WC, keeps it true to the period feel.
The details make the difference. Recessed niches keep toiletries tidy and out of sight, and an arched glass screen softens all those straight lines. Warm wood-effect flooring finishes the room.
From design through to final fit, we manage every stage so you don't have to.
