Hope you’re all enjoying the sunshine—just need that wind to calm down a bit now! ☀️

Since the good weather arrived, we’ve had a big increase in requests for quotes. We always do our best to get back to everyone as quickly as possible, and just to reassure you our quotes are completely free with no obligation.

Each quote does take a bit of time to put together, especially when we’re carefully researching materials to make sure we’re offering the best quality at the best price. When we have several to complete, it can take a little while. If you haven’t heard back within a week, please feel free to give me a gentle nudge 🙂

We’re working full-time, juggling family life, and occasionally trying to enjoy a bit of downtime too ⚽️ 🎣 🍺 so we really appreciate your patience. We kindly ask that you allow us a few days before checking in after a visit.

If you receive a quote from us and it’s not quite right for you, that’s absolutely no problem at all, we completely understand. We truly appreciate every enquiry and message. All we ask is that if we’ve taken the time to prepare a quote, a quick reply to let us know your decision would be greatly appreciated.
We’re currently booked up for the next few months, but we always try our best to fit in smaller jobs where we can, especially if someone needs a bit of help quickly.

If you’ve received a cheaper quote elsewhere, that’s completely fine we want you to choose what works best for you. We just ask that our quotes aren’t used for bargaining, as we take great pride in the quality of our work, which is reflected in our schedule.

Front entrance for very good customer of ours.Old wall removed ,footings in (very hard ground) ,new block wall faced with the finest Yennadon stone.New cobblestones laid and pointed ,new dry stone wall to retain soil levels at the back ,just awaiting render and soil

We would like to thank everyone that shares, likes and comments, not forgetting your brilliant recommendations,it helps us reach new audiences and acquire new customers like the wonderful Vicky and Lionel. Vicky contacted us as their wall had started to come away from the blockwork behind and was severely lacking any wall ties. So a take down and clean off of the stone and prep to the area behind, ready to re-build and put back solid using yellow 50/50 with lime mortar. We also added the capping at a later date using slurry and sand and cement. I am highlighting our jobs in reverse currently but we are so busy at the moment, you’ve just gotta stick with us and we’ll get to you.Thank you one and all 🙂

A new customer in Sherford
We were called by our customers whose lawn had been subjected to our arch enemies the ‘LJ’s!! We were asked to install a new artificial lawn to maintain the green feel to the garden. The customer opted for 35 mm pet and we delivered. All soils dug down and taken responsibly off site to allow for a new hardcore base solidly whacked in. This was then topped with granite dust to give it maximum protection and laying well. Grateful to these customers and all the likes, shares and comments we receive. Nice to have a job on my new doorstep too! Another project completed and onto the next one 👍

Here we are into March!!! Did someone mention we had a little bit of rain the last few months 😂.It’s been biblical at times,Noah and his ark were just being prepped to rescue us but I’m a survivor and I don’t give up easy or not (just yet)
We have started the new year with a variety of tasks and we will start with this project to show you and just like a bus …..I’ll post another
Back again to our very good customers Vince and Julie,to solve their front garden puzzle.Existing driveway was starting to break up and the mowing of grass was beginning to be too much for them.So we stripped off the turf and reduced the levels to allow for hardcore and gravel grids on top of granite dust and not forgetting the membrane.We used Ibran and they didn’t disappoint with service and delivery,finished off with 8 ton of Nordic Sky 20mm chippings.If you want an extra parking space in your property,get in touch and the grids are a great product.Again many thanks to Vince and Julie,outstanding customers we have.Likes and shares always appreciated followers !!

Hey everyone,
Bit slow on the socials lately! but still keeping busy and trying to complete tasks. I just want to take this opportunity to wish you all a Happy New Year 🎊 Thanks to everyone who shares, loves and put us forward on the socials, you are amazing! I want to thank everyone who has used us this year and those who are booked in for next year.
My thanks go to my work brother Phil for standing by me and for his efforts in our projects. Also thanks to our amazing suppliers delivering our materials and everyone who’s helped with waste etc.
Most importantly I want to thank my amazing wife Sam who continues to support me despite my grumpy and stressful moods.
In the New Year we will post a couple updates from projects we’ve been working on.

Absolutely delighted with this project for Diptford Primary school. During the holidays we were asked to build an Amphitheater with french 🇫🇷 oak sleepers (very heavy) to create an outdoor learning space for all to enjoy. The only hiccup however was that we were double booked. Im not one to let anyone down so me and Phil went our separate ways for a week 🎻A real rareity! Phil teamed up with the talented Paul Sara of P&M HOME BUILD to deliver this beautifully crafted workmanship
I stayed in the bright lights of Ivybridge digging out a new extension footings…I thought I pulled the short straw but then so did our Phil. Anyway thank you to all involved and please keep liking and sharing our work.
We appreciate you all. Let’s keep rolling on with more projects 🏡

In the midnight hour,our top followers want more ,more ,more.
So here you go beautiful people
When I looked at this job,it was a minefield of leaves and generally being battered by winter and busy lives.
I knew this wasn’t going to be the most straightforward of jobs.
But in time we slowly turned it around into a space that the lovely family can finally use.
New Sandstone patio finished with Rapid flow,finished off with 10mm golden flint and new dry stone wall retaining new grass area supplied by South Devon Turf
Walling from Yennadon
All bought together by us to give this the uplifting garden space
We thank the customers for their patience in waiting from May till nearly August to complete.

Good day to all
Bit slow uploading our projects currently but next week we will be like buses,maybe two in same day !!!!.For the first time me and Phil have been ploughing ahead on different projects as both customers had deadlines to start and finish.
Keep your eyes peeled for an update next week,thank you to everyone keeping us busy it’s appreciated.
