Thursday Project Update 🎨 | Riverain Lodge, Taunton

After three years away, it’s great to be back at our old project, Riverain Lodge in Taunton, for Churchill Living.

We’re now returning to convert the former sales centre back into a residential apartment.

It’s fantastic to see how much the development has sold and how it has grown into a lovely little community of its own. After three years of maturing, the external finish still has that real wow factor, while the interiors continue to look sharp.

A great project to return to — and even better to see the quality of the original work standing the test of time. 🎨

Tuesday Project Update 🎨 | Dawlish

Today’s visit took us to the Dawlish area, where we caught up with our client Bloor Homes.

Following the recent takeover, we’re now getting our hands on the project and starting to build momentum, with the 5th home now progressing through the decorating stages.

It’s great to see the high standards Bloor Homes set across their developments, which align perfectly with the standards we aim to deliver as a decorating contractor.

With another 75 homes scheduled over the next couple of months, there’s plenty of work ahead for the team.

📸 Internal progress photos will be updated on Friday, so keep an eye out for the latest site progress.

A great start to the week! 👌🎨

Friday Update 🎉 New Site Announcement 🎉

We’ve got a new site announcement to make!

We’re heading to the lovely village of Widegates, near Looe, for a new residential new-build project.

We’re pleased to be adding another site to our growing Cornish portfolio, with more exciting projects continuing to come through the pipeline.

We’ll keep the details under wraps for now, but we’ll be unveiling more next week and sharing what we’ll be getting stuck into.

Another project added to the books, plenty more to come! 🎨

🏠 Thursday Project Update 🖌

Four Lanes, Redruth, Cornwall.

We’re gearing up for the next stage of our Nine Maidens Primary School project in Four Lanes, Redruth, working alongside Classic Builders.

with our decorating team preparing to commence the full decoration package from Monday.

We’ve been given a 1½-week programme to complete the works, which is a tight schedule, but with the site well organised and our team ready to get hands-on, we’re confident in delivering the required works within the programme.

The project has already been mist-coated, meaning we’re ready to move into the full finishing stages.

Materials - Crown Paints, from Plymouth Crown store

A busy week ahead for the team, looking forward to getting stuck in on Monday. 🎨

📸 Photos and progress updates will be added once we’re underway on site.

🏡 Tuesday Project Update 🖌

Ruby Meadows, Holsworthy

Another update from our work at Ruby Meadows, Holsworthy, for Lovell Homes.

We’ve now completed 54 of the 72 homes on the development. With customers now moving into their new homes, this little village new-build is really starting to bustle with life! 🏡👨‍👩‍👧‍👦

The team continues to complete each plot in good time and to a very high standard, and we’re proud to be part of the development as it takes shape.

🐾 Roborough Vets – Phase 3 Underway! 🐾

We’re kicking off this week with an update from our ongoing project at Roborough Vets.

We’ve now started Phase 3 of the project, which includes decorating another two consulting rooms and a hallway.

As Roborough Vets is a very busy and active surgery, we’ve carefully planned this phase to minimise any disruption to the team, clients and their patients. 🐶🐱

We’re carrying out the work during the week, working around the day-to-day running of the practice so we can keep the project moving forward without causing any unnecessary issues or slowdown for the vets.

Another phase underway and another step closer to completing the project! 💪🎨

We couldn’t quite grab a photo of Consulting Room 2 this time, as there were clients in the room before we closed it off for the week, so we’ll have to save that before-and-after reveal for another day! 📸

Keep an eye out this week as we share a post a day with more updates from our other projects also.

We’re pleased to say that Phase 2 of the project at Roborough Vets is now complete, with all of the external works now wrapped up. 👌

We’re now looking forward to moving straight onto Phase 3 of the project, which will see us decorate another two consultation rooms and the hallway, giving these areas a fresh and modern look. 🎨

Another stage complete and onto the next one! 🛠️

Keep an eye out for more progress updates! 👀

🎉 Another milestone reached at Nine Maidens School in Redruth Cornwall! 🎉

We’re pleased to say we’ve now completed the full mist coat throughout the project, including all 4 classrooms, plant rooms, corridors, WCs and the entrance lobby, all sprayed and mist coated. 👏🎨

Our part of the project is now complete at this stage, and we’ll be returning once all the other trades have finished their works to apply the final finishing coats and get everything looking its best ahead of handover.

It’s great to see the project coming together, and we’re looking forward to returning for the final push and putting those finishing touches on before handover.

Another milestone ticked off! ✅
