The pitched roof consists of 13x9 Cupa heavy Spanish slate finished with black Zinc ridging, code 5 Lead valleys and a double Velux window 😎🩶✔️

Also a warm constructed flat roof with a build up of Vapour control layer, 150mm insulation topped off with Fatra single ply membrane system 🙌👌

Sheeted with 18mm Osb board ready for mechanically fixed Fatra membrane

- Roof stripped of old tiles, Felt and Tile battens and plain tiles tiles stripped from Dormers
- Sheeted with 9mm Osb board
- New membrane, Tile batten and counter batten fitted
- Code 4 lead skews fitted to the side of dormers
- Code 5 lead aprons to the front
- All new Anthracite Fascias, Soffits and guttering

Finished off with Anthracite shiplap cladding to the dormers and Marley double roman grey tiles and cloak tiles to tie everything together 🏡🙌😍!
