🎉Project Win: Water Hygiene and Refurbishment 🎉

We are proud to announce that EPPH has been appointed to deliver mechanical works at an office refurbishment in Basildon, working alongside Onyx Solutions. EPPH's scope includes:

✅Replacement of existing hot and cold-water distribution pipework.
✅Water hygiene improvement works throughout the building.
✅Alterations to the first-floor kitchenette and tea point.
✅Refurbishment and reconfiguration of the reception area.
✅Provision of temporary male and female WC facilities.
✅Installation of temporary water and electrical connections for welfare facilities.
✅Periodic emptying and maintenance of temporary waste tanks.
✅Replacement of IPS vanities throughout building.
✅Replacement of water heaters

All works will be fully tested, commissioned, and certified in accordance with current regulations and British Standards, helping to enhance both the building's infrastructure and its overall environment.

We look forward to collaborating with Onyx Solutions and delivering a successful project for our client.

🏆 Project Completion & Outstanding Achievement🏆

We are proud to announce the successful completion of the re-roofing project at Tregantle Fort, a remarkable 19th Century Scheduled Monument in Cornwall.

Appointed to deliver this complex heritage project, our works included:
✅ Full roof surface clean-down
✅ Repairs to failing asphalt areas
✅ Re-pointing of existing parapet walls
✅ Improvements to the rainwater system
✅ Replacement of a failing water main
✅ Recovering of a new liquid-applied waterproofing membrane

These improvements will help protect Tregantle Fort and ensure it can continue to serve its purpose for many years to come.

As Principal Contractor, EPPH worked closely with the Client and site teams to maintain the highest standards of Health & Safety throughout the project. Through the use of our trusted sub-contractor network, including Scaffolders, Stonemasons and Roofing Contractors, we were able to complete the works to an exceptionally high standard.

A special mention must go to Robbie Zorman, whose commitment, professionalism and hands on management were instrumental in the success of the project. Robbie's close coordination of subcontractors and ability to build strong relationships with Landmarc Support Services and the wider project team ensured a smooth delivery and outstanding end result.

Projects such as Tregantle Fort demonstrate the value of teamwork and expertise when working on historically significant structures. We are delighted with the outcome and proud to have played a part in preserving this important asset for future generations.

☀EPPH Summer Day 2026☀

Last week, everyone from EPPH come together for our first ever Summer Day.

The day began with a business update, where we reflected on another year of growth and looked ahead to what's next for EPPH, followed by department updates that highlighted the achievements, challenges and successes across the business.

We also took the opportunity to recognise the fantastic people behind EPPH through our staff awards, celebrating individuals and teams who continue to go above and beyond. The team building activities that followed brought out plenty of competitiveness, teamwork and laughter, with colleagues from across the business working together away from the usual day-to-day environment.

The afternoon was rounded off with a BBQ, games and activities, giving everyone the chance to relax, catch up and enjoy some well-earned downtime together.

As EPPH continues to grow, days like this are a great reminder that our success is built on the hard work, commitment and support of our people.

We are delighted to announce that EPPH & Onyx have secured a major heating and water services upgrade project in NW London.

This significant refurbishment project will see the complete replacement of existing heating and hot water infrastructure, delivering a modern, energy-efficient solution that will provide long-term benefits for the building and its occupants.

The scope of works for EPPH includes:
✅ Removal of existing heating plant, pipework and radiators
✅ Installation of new high-efficiency boilers and hot water cylinders
✅ New radiators and complete heating distribution systems
✅ Full domestic water services installation
✅ Building Management System (BMS) integration
✅ Plant room ventilation and insulation upgrades
✅ Testing, commissioning and client training
