A little add on to the Friday walk through, showing some of the unseen / boring aspects of what we have to do, but are extremely important.
This mega building is a steel frame basically that needs protection from fire. So all beams and columns that are supporting everything above it, must be clad and plastered to protect it.
This shows what we've been up to down in the depths !! 😎

A quick Friday walk through today, mainly making progress on the plastering, so not too different to look at from last time but good progress all the same 💪
The render colour change came as a surprise though !!
Well done once again to all the lads for their hard work 👏

A 64kg person thought they could push 125kg of Multi Finish up the slope easily.
I knew better of course 🤣💪👏
He got it done one way or another bless him 🙏

The Friday walk through brought to you on a Thursday !!
Pretty much all about the floor screed this week. Monster effort from the lads and a great looking finish too 👏.
1800 m2 of DPM / Celotex / 75mm screed completed in super quick time ⏲️ 😎

Friday's walk through ( part 2 ).
Everything on the Mezzanine is now built and boarded on one side. We're now at the mercy of the electricians who have to wire it all before we can return to board the other side and start plastering.
Great effort again lads 👏👌💪😎

Good progress on the ground floor with the insulation and floor screed.

Quick walk round on Tuesday showing the front render panel now completed with the silicone thin coat, and inside shows the start of the floor prep we are doing, ready for 1800m2 of screed to be laid by next Friday 👌💪👏😎

I thought I posted this up before, but never mind.
Here is a video of the Mezzanine taken 5 days ago on Monday. As you can see the amount of work we've achieved in a week is incredible. Huge well done to all the lads involved 👏 👍 👌💪

Well, here's today's Friday walk through from upstairs on the Mezzanine floor.
As you can see, it's been an AMAZING week for progress. Everyone has worked incredibly hard to achieve all this in 5 days.
The lads deserved a little sit down after all that to be honest ❤️.
The job has really moved on this week and as usual the builder and client are super happy and impressed with everything.
Big thanks to all for their hard work and skill, it's always appreciated 👏 👌💪

Friday's walk through ( part 1 ) 😉
Ground floor progress has been good, not very spectacular as it's been a lot of bits to finish things off, but all very much needed, and has helped push things towards completion ahead of the floor screeder next week.
Great effort again 👏
