One of our first jobs of this year was to supply a large office conversion to a local firm. They’ve used metal web joists to create a new floor to fit between existing steels over the huge 480sq metre area! A fantastic project to start off 2026!

Why metal web joists?
✔️ Long spans & strength– fewer supports, more open office space
✔️ Easy services integration– electrics, plumbing & HVAC run straight through
✔️ Lightweight but robust – faster installation with excellent load performance
✔️ Improved acoustic & thermal performance. ✔️ Precision-engineered– consistent quality and reduced waste on site

Great progress pictures from a happy customer 🙌🏻 and a couple of us delivering this job too.

This house is going to have amazing tall ceilings thanks to the slopes created in the trusses 👏🏻
