LPH Development was setup and is run by Lee Holland who overseas all the projects on site. Lee will undertake the meetings from start to finish with the client and discuss all areas of the project. Lee himself is a highly skilled worker and has alot of knowledge in the construction industry. Lee started as a joiner/carpenter, which he gained qualifications in level 2 and 3. With moving on with his
career through the construction industry he was lucky to get the chance to help out a smaller company that was up and coming. Which lead him back to college again, which he achieved top qualification levels in brick and block work and with this becoming a site manager within this company. With over the years he's been able to add plastering and plumbing to the list of skills, also through his career in construction has gained his level 6's in site management and building inspection with all this knowledge lee then decided it was time to start a new challenge in his career to setup and start his own company. our portfolio has a huge array of different projects from internal and external alterations, garden projects to complete extensions projects, to which all are treated to the same high quality service. We also sub-contract to other construction companies that need skilled workers for there projects.
