A recent project where we completed new cladding and replacement windows throughout the property.

While replacing one of the dormer windows, we uncovered extensive rot in the existing timber framework behind the cladding. Before installing the new window, we rebuilt the dormer structure to ensure everything was solid, weatherproof, and built to last.

Unexpected issues like this can feel overwhelming for homeowners, but our goal is always to make the process as hassle-free and stress-free as possible while delivering a quality result our customers can rely on.

• Work based almost entirely in [Kesgrave, Martlesham, and east Ipswich]
Also open to taking someone on PAYE for the right person.

What began as a leak investigation quickly revealed 100-year-old plumbing and a solid stone bath. With that in mind, the priority became restoring a fully working bathroom while keeping disturbance to a minimum.

This job included mixed size sandstone paving, "Jaynes Random Patch" 😊 of new turf, composite decking with a lean-to/pergola, plus a new fence with, concrete posts and gravel boards with feather edge panels.
Really pleased with how this one turned out!
