Sax Rd handed over at the start of 2026.
With a seamless dialogue between architecture and landscape, this contemporary rear extension pairs dark vertical cladding with expansive glazed openings to dissolve the boundary between indoors and out. Layered brick terraces soften the transition to the garden, while the open-plan kitchen anchors the space with muted olive cabinetry, natural textures, and warm pendant lighting. The result is a refined yet relaxed entertaining space defined by clean lines, material contrast, and effortless indoor–outdoor living.

Project Completion ✨

We're delighted to share the successful handover of Warren Hill to our wonderful client! This project stood out for its complex steel installation, which demanded precision and expertise. Seeing it all come together according to the client's vision was truly fulfilling.

The project encompassed a rear extension, a fantastic kitchen renovation by , and an extensive house renovation including bathrooms and bedrooms.

A showpiece garden we completed in Framlingham last autumn 👇

This project was designed to create a high-end outdoor space that’s both practical and visually striking.

The work included:
– Dijon limestone paving from Quorn Stone
– Tumbled limestone set in a herringbone detail
– Soft landscaping with new turf and planting
– A bespoke contemporary pergola, designed to frame the space

The curved layout combined with the herringbone detail gives the garden a real sense of structure, while the pergola creates a strong focal point and usable seating area.
