Recently lodged with the local council for planning approval a contemporary extension to a traditional Highland stone farmhouse just outside Inverness.
Designed to provide much-needed rebalance of living space, the proposal creates a generous kitchen, dining and snug area, opening seamlessly onto a covered outdoor terrace positioned to capture the stunning views across the Beauly Firth and the rolling hills beyond.
The design carefully balances old and new, allowing the contemporary addition to sit comfortably alongside the character and permanence of the original farmhouse while creating a light-filled space tailored for modern family living.
Thoughtful architecture rooted in place.
