We’re looking for a proactive and organised Administration Assistant to join our growing plumbing team.

This is a hands-on role where you’ll help keep operations running smoothly by managing daily schedules, coordinating job bookings, handling customer enquiries, and preparing invoices, quotes, and reports. You’ll also maintain records, support general office administration, and liaise with suppliers, contractors, and the team to ensure everything flows efficiently.

We’re looking for an experienced Small Works Plumbing Manager to lead and coordinate our minor projects, maintenance work, and day-to-day service operations.

This role is suited to a qualified plumber or supervisor who enjoys combining hands-on work with management responsibilities, ensuring jobs run smoothly and to a high standard. You’ll be managing schedules, preparing quotes and materials lists, liaising with clients, builders, and suppliers, and providing technical support on-site when needed.

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of maintenance and small works plumbing, excellent organisational and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple jobs at once. Leadership experience is desirable, as is a customer-focused, reliable, and solution-driven approach, along with a current driver’s licence.
