Ostatni akcent naszej misji — Ben Nevis na zakończenie! 🏔️🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿

Pogoda w ten weekend wreszcie dopisała, więc nie mogło być innego scenariusza. Żeby oficjalnie domknąć naszą zbiórkę dla Macmillan Cancer Support 💚, jutro wypad na szczyt Ben Nevis (1 345 m n.p.m.)!
Po powrocie z Himalajów i zmaganiach na Kongma La (5 535 m) oraz w Everest Base Camp (5 364 m), ten wejściowy akcent w Szkocji jest idealnym zwieńczeniem całej drogi, którą razem przeszliśmy. Każdy metr tej trasy, tak jak w Nepalu, dedykuję pamięci moich Rodziców 🕯️.

Zbiórka powoli dobiega końca.

The final chapter of our mission — Ben Nevis to wrap it up! 🏔️🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿

The weather this weekend finally played along, so there was only one clear plan. To officially close our fundraiser for Macmillan Cancer Support 💚, tomorrow I’m heading up to the summit of Ben Nevis (1,345 m)!

After returning from the Himalayas and tackling Kongma La (5,535 m) and Everest Base Camp (5,364 m), this trek back home in Scotland feels like the perfect finale to the entire journey we’ve shared. Every single meter of this trail, just like in Nepal, is dedicated to the memory of my Parents 🕯️.

The campaign is slowly coming to an end.

Himalayan Expedition Summary 🇳🇵🏔️

It was an incredible journey — full of raw beauty, intense effort, and deep emotion. Our mission in memory of my Parents and in support of Macmillan Cancer Support 💚 has come to a safe conclusion.

In a nutshell — what we achieved:

Kongma La Pass (5,535m) — successfully crossed one of the toughest high-altitude passes in the Everest region.

Everest Base Camp (5,364m) — stood at the legendary base camp at the foot of Mount Everest.

Honoring memories — paid our respects at the memorials in Namche Bazaar and Chhukung, and left our signed Macmillan green t-shirt permanently in the Himalayas 🕯️.

Smart decision making — when a severe 4–5 day weather front hit near Gorakshep, bringing heavy snow, we made the call to modify our route and forgot the last two passes. Safety always comes first.
Safe return home — after a long descent to Lukla and flights from Kathmandu via Doha, we are safely back home.

Starting today, I’m putting down the tools for a few weeks to take on the biggest challenge of my life: The Everest Three Passes Trek in Nepal! 🇳🇵
From September 12th to October 9th, I’ll be trekking through the Himalayas (reaching altitudes over 5,500m) to raise vital funds for Macmillan Cancer Support.

Dzisiaj są moje urodziny, ale to nie ja dostałem dziś główny prezent, tylko ktoś zrobił absolutnie wyjątkowy gest dla naszej zbiórki!

Kimkolwiek jesteś, drogi motocyklisto – ogromne, prosto z serca DZIĘKUJĘ! Tego typu gesty dają niesamowitą energię i dodają skrzydeł na ostatniej prostej przygotowań do Himalajów. 🇳🇵🏔️
Każdy funt przybliża nas do celu. Dziękuję wszystkim, którzy wspierają ten projekt!

Got an old, weathered shed in your garden that has seen better days? Before you think about tearing it down, you need to see this! 👇
✅ The Smart Extension – We utilized the empty patio space right next to it to build a sturdy, wooden lean-to shelter.
✅ The Ultimate Chill Zone – Added a cozy outdoor seating set under the new canopy, creating the perfect spot for a morning coffee (or hiding from sudden rain! 🌧️☕).

We are back from the roof of the Cairngorms! The second-highest peak in the UK, Ben Macdui (1,309m), is officially ticked off! 🥾✨
It was an incredible day, and the raw plateau landscape—including some massive patches of snow!—gave us a perfect taste of what awaits me soon in Nepal. However, this trek was truly special because my wife hiked up to the summit right by my side!
🥰 Walking together, supporting each other on the tough climbs, and that ultimate satisfaction at the top... I couldn't have dreamed of a better motivation to keep pushing forward.
By the way, the new 3 High Passes Trek 2026 expedition t-shirt passed its official baptism of fire today. Seeing the pass altitudes printed —Kongma La 5,535m, Cho La 5,420m, Renjo La 5,360m—is a powerful reminder of the massive challenge ahead.
Every single step we took today brings us closer to our goal: raising £5,535 for Macmillan Cancer Support in memory of my parents. The road to the roof of the world takes plenty of sweat, but your incredible support and messages give us wings! 🎗️❤️
