A lovely review from the customers of our very first Cuillin Sauna.
"We have nothing but good things to say about The Garden Den and their team. Our build was their first sauna project.
Our chosen location (on a sloping site at the edge of a wooded area) was challenging, but GD’s use of ground screws quickly provided a level foundation base with minimal disturbance of the ground and tree roots beneath. Jayne’s design, with a large double-glazed picture window to optimise the outstanding view, was simply perfect. David provided a detailed costed Quotation for approval, which the company honoured, notwithstanding that the project over-ran a little.
The GD team were at all times professional, hard-working, friendly and courteous. At the end of each day they left the site tidy, having explained their progress and what would follow next. They engaged with us frequently and patiently to discuss the various alternatives that arose during the build, including the style of the attached decking. At no stage did they try to impose their own preferences over ours. They listened to our concerns over the extreme weather we sometimes experience and incorporated additional ground ties into the design of the building – very much a “can-do” approach all round.
Their suggestion of the stylish Huum Drop Sauna Heater was ideal. The quality of the build is superb and we are delighted to have chosen The Garden Den for the project – a five star service and, without hesitation, highly recommended!"
