Another roof completed! 👌

We stripped off the old Ballachulish slate roof and replaced it with brand new La Bana Spanish slates. We’ve also completed a couple of tiling jobs in between, so it’s great to be back sharing another finished project. The property now has a fresh new look while ensuring it’s built to last.

Work carried out:
• ✅ New breathable felt
• ✅ New lead valleys
• ✅ New lead side slips
• ✅ New lead flashing
• ✅ New lead flashing to the dormer
• ✅ New pointed skews
• ✅ New bonding gutter
• ✅ New zinc ridge to the main roof and dormers
• ✅ New uPVC facings to the dormers
• ✅ New half-round gutters and rafter arms

A great transformation and another happy customer.
