🚨Rogue Traders 🚨

We are very happy to announce we have been chosen to be advertised in a new magazine being sent out door to door within Ayrshire in a bid to combat rogue traders and to protect the general public and those who may be vulnerable to traders simply out to make a quick buck at anyone else expense.

We are delighted to have our craft and relationship with all our customers recognised and promoted in such a positive light.

However this Ad might not reach all those who may need help in selecting the right tradesman and can't spot the warning signs of a rouge trader, so we need you to help play your part in putting a stop to people being scammed out of money by a tradesperson that doesn't have the adequate training or expertise.

So we ask you to take 10 seconds out your day to do your part :

1 - Go to the business page : NW Roofing

2 - Go to the 3 little dots on the side of the page and hit "Invite Friends"

3 - Select "Invite all" and you have played your small part in combatting this ever-growing problem

Thank you all for your support of NW Roofing 🏠

Cowboy Fix 🤠

This customer got in contact with us after their previous roofer left them with a bit of a disaster, the wrong size of ridging was installed, some questionable slate work and a flat roof that was just funnelling water into their home to the point the ceiling had collapsed.

We installed the appropriate ridging and rectified the slatework to sort the main building issues and then installed our Elavate EPDM rubber roof system on a new 18mm deck to finally give this customer a home that doesn't resemble a sieve. 🏠

This customer got in touch with us due to the old slate roof springing leaks as well as the hacket job attempt of roofline at the back letting water into the kitchen.

We stripped back the old slate and installed new breathable membrane for better ventilation as well as new timbers for the Marley Modern tiles to be laid.

Eves guards were also installed as well as ventilation tiles to improve the lifespan of the roof as a whole.

The roof line was stripped back to the bare bones as all roofline jobs should be!

Capping over rotten timber only results in the final photo, this was finished with Freefoam uPVC facias and soffits. All guttering around the property were also replaced with black Freefoam guttering.

All works and materials Guaranteed ✅️

Adapt and Overcome 🔨

This customer owns a highly regarded and well respected body shop and the old slate roof was failing and dropping slates potentially causing further damage to customers vehicles.

When we began this job we quickly realised that the left hand side of the roof had completely failed and slipped 7 inches.

After we rebuilt the failed roof and it was safe and secure we finished the roof with grey Marley moderns, new 14inch aluminium ridging and anthracite Freefoam guttering.
