Reproduced STAINLESS STEEL HEATER BOX's for sale ***

This includes the outer box, and replacement Stainless Steel parts for all the original steel parts. The original ones tend to corrode quickly.

Once this is fitted you can forget about it rusting away.

The electrical and heater radiator parts must be re-used and swapped over from your original unit.

The outer box is not available as a spare part from Mercedes, meaning that from them you must buy the whole unit. (which retails at over £1500 + VAT.)

We do normally stock the complete Mercedes unit (A4058300861) for those who want this.

We have reproduced a Stainless-Steel Heater Box as the original ones tend to corrode quickly. This includes the outer box, and replacement Stainless Steel parts for all the original steel parts. Once this is fitted you can forget about it rusting ...

Check out this very smart Unimog U2150 L38, the owner has made an amazing job of converting the std low roof SBU cab to a high roof, using our High Roof Conversion Kit which we manufacture and supply. This included our additional internal roof rack mounting frame welded into the roof, this allows direct bolting of your own roof rack, or frame, by simply bolting down to the included fixtures.
Our customer also elongated the cab himself, to allow extra room for air ride high back seats that we supplied, and of course his access panel into the camper van body that he is going to construct.
Whilst the Unimog was here, we went through the machine for him, sorting the brake system out, and replacing the rear diff and prop, including our own wet drive system to prolong the diff and prop shaft life considerably. Finally we installed our overdrive system, electronically switched, giving an instant change and also 25% increase in speed in each gear. We also installed our engine boost system, at a push of the button at the gearstick, instant low down grunt is achieved at low engine revs, to help a quicker get away, or to save having to change down when off road in a high gear and in a steep climb or mud.

Here we have another long standing customer with his immaculate Unimog U1600 Ag, and his most recent acquisition from us; a NEW Humbauer, German built 11.9t Gross tandem axle high speed trailer. This provides full ABS/EBS brakes, fully galvanised chassis, LED lighting, rear power assisted and adjustable width loading ramps, removeable drop sides, internal lashing eyes and full wooden heavy duty floor.
The trailer is also designed to run in the standard 40mm rockinger hitch, and has a height adjustable drawbar which is essential to balancing the load correctly for safe and efficient high speed towing.

A cracking outfit, good design and lightweight construction.👌

Been a busy few weeks (posts incoming);

Here we installed a top of the range Kronos 1010 Crane onto a Valtra T235A tractor for our very long standing customer AM & MJ Harper www.arbwork.co.uk. The crane is installed on JAKE 904 with HD Legs and also JAKE front axle locking system. The crane is equipped with a quick change adapator plate, that will allow swapping of grabs, and we are working with the customer to also install a tree felling head to the same. This will give a full 10m reach from the crane centre, 360deg's around that tractor. The tractor has the usual reverse drive from Valtra, and is being adapted to work with driving from joysticks, via the Kronos CANBUS system.
