"Richard responded promptly to my initial query and came the same day to assess the job and provide an estimate. He outlined exactly what he would do and how long it would take. He stressed that he always wants to provide a quality service. Following the recommendations on this site, I decided to go ahead. We agreed a date and time and Richard turned up exactly on time and carried out the work in a highly professional manner. He explained everything he would do to provide the quality service he had promised and, in my opinion, went an extra mile to ensure a job exceptionally well done. Richard is a very personable man and the complete opposite to the "cowboy" plumbers you read about in the papers. He probably isn't the cheapest plumber in the area, but given the service he provided and the way he undertook the work, it was very good value and I will not hesitate to use this firm again. Thoroughly recommended."
