Today was our final day on site in Combe St Nicholas , struggling to find the words to explain how happy I am with this job.

There’s something special in totally transforming existing buildings, add in an epic landscaping project for good measure and it’s really become a job to remember.

A massive shoutout to all my team + associated sub contractors for there fantastic work and MKM Building Supplies for supply of the best materials.

Finally a big thankyou to Andrew and Samantha Clancy for trusting us with their vision ⭐ 🙌🏻

Apologies for the lack of posts on here over the last few months, my personal renovation project has kept my evenings and weekends very busy but now we are back and i can catch up with all our projects over the last 6 months or so!

Starting with this major porch upgrade in Broadway.
Hamstone Quoins, Recessed Aluminium A-Frame glazing, Charcoal paving and a cream render.

All these different materials blend so well and we are chuffed with the final finish 🔥 ⭐️

Taylor's Orchard - Chiselborough ⭐️

A serious kitchen diner renovation completed, absolutely love the before and afters on this one!

The existing extension was uninsulated, damp, mouldy and needing a serious amount of TLC.

We got to work demolishing the front porch and spine wall, rebuilding a new large open plan area, adding a pitched roof with veluxes, damp proofing existing and insulating inside up to regs with the addition of a new underfloor heating system and a nice new patio area at the back to top it all off.

The owners are over the moon with the finished product as are we , great work from all the team.🙌🏻🥳

Nice to return back to a previous extension in Donyatt last week to give the existing house a much needed face lift 😍 🏠

All cement pointing raked out, stonework consolidated and repointed in lime to let the building breathe and bask in this amazing spring sun ☀️ ☀️

Brilliant to be able to get back to Cricket Malherbie today to take some photos of this lovely extension we completed earlier this year ☀️ 🤩

Reclaimed hamstone, lime pointing, blue lias flooring, slates, conservation roof light and a lead flat roof to be all in keeping with the beautiful grade 2 listed property.

Really happy with the finish on this one , top work by all the team from start to finish ⭐️ 🔥

The Scaffold is down and the ☀️ is out at our big job in Dowlish Wake, what a sight it is 🤩

We are nearly there on this mega extension, with the kitchen and flooring being fitted in the coming weeks, i can't wait to show the HUGE new open plan area of this house that's nearly doubled its footprint!
