Just be careful what tiler you use......

Client originally bought 1.2x0.6 wood effect tiles.

With the area being tiled is plastered, there becomes a weight limitation per m² once you tile on it.

With the tiles being the size as they are, we couldnt tile it.

Soooo....... the hunt begins to find something very similar but being able to keep within the limits of the weight.

Found some at my local tile place in derby (you know who you are 😉) cant even tag them 🤦‍♂️. Ordered, and collected them from sheffield next day and installed the following day.

Above and beyond to keep to project going and not delay any other trade 💪

Perfect situation 👌

Things to consider when tiling. If the exterior door cannot be lifted as the height of the tiles will stop the door from opening, why not install a matwell?

The chances of people having a matt the door is high.

Colour chosen by the client, and finished off with black tile trim around the tiles
