🌿 TALBOT ROAD GARDEN PROJECT – PROGRESS UPDATE 🌿

Over the past two weeks, our team has been transforming this challenging garden into a stunning outdoor living space.

With extremely restricted access, every stage of the project has been completed by hand, with all materials transported through the rear access behind the houses. Projects like this require careful planning, skilled workmanship and a dedicated team—and we’re proud of the progress made so far.

✅ Completed So Far

✔ Full site survey and project set out.
✔ Safe dismantling and removal of a 50ft spruce tree.
✔ Complete site clearance and bulk excavation.
✔ New garden levels established to create a split-level design.
✔ All excavated materials, timber and green waste removed from site.
✔ All construction materials transported through the rear access behind the houses due to restricted site access.
✔ Premium sub-base installed and compacted.
✔ Drainage infrastructure completed where required.
✔ Armoured electrical supply installed by a qualified electrician.
✔ Timber retaining walls and feature garden steps constructed.
✔ Premium porcelain patio installed
✔ Low-voltage LED lighting integrated into the sleepers and paving.

• Clean slabs and then use compound jointing grout
• Woburn Autumn Colour block paved pathway with a contrasting border.
