Full garage transformation completed recently for another happy customer 🔨🏗️ 🧱
This project started with the safe dismantling and full removal of an old concrete sectional garage, including clearing and preparing the area ready for the new build. Once removed, we excavated and installed a brand new reinforced concrete floor, built to provide a strong and long-lasting foundation for the extension.
The new garage extension was then constructed using high-quality 7N concrete blocks, giving the structure excellent strength, durability and a clean professional finish.
Every stage of the build was completed with attention to detail to ensure the extension tied in perfectly with the existing structure.
To complete the project, we installed a brand new EPDM rubber roofing system — one of the most reliable and durable flat roofing materials available. This comes complete with a 10-year warranty for the customer’s peace of mind and long-term protection against the elements.
The finishing touches included new fascia boards, guttering and cappit board fitted to the front of the garage, leaving the property looking clean, modern and fully finished.
