🚧 New Project Started – South Normanton! 🚧

We’ve officially started a new project over in South Normanton and there’s plenty to get stuck into!

The driveway has been fully covered and protected before works began, helping to keep the existing surface safe throughout the project.

The works include:

Digging out and preparing the area
Building 3 new walls
Repairing and reinstating the block paving
Leaving everything neat, solid and built to last 💪
We’ll keep you updated as the project progresses — plenty of work ahead! 👷‍♂️🔨

🌿 Chilwell Project Update 🌿

The turf is now complete, What a transformation!🙌

We’ve dug, rotivated and added additional topsoil, giving this garden a complete refresh and a new lease of life. 🌱

A huge thank you to T&M groundwork’s and surfacing LTD for the outstanding resin work — the finish looks fantastic! 👌

Another project taking shape nicely! 💪

Lean-To Garage — Start to Finish! 🔨

Another complete project finished, with everything carried out in-house from start to finish.

The job included:
* Footings dug, concrete poured and levelled
* External brickwork built to the side, matching the existing house
* Timber roof structure with a durable EPDM rubber roof
* Tarmac reinstated to finish everything off neatly

The customer wanted to keep the project within a set budget, so we looked at where we could make sensible savings without compromising the overall build. By recommending a blockwork rear and second-hand garage doors, we were able to bring the project in within their budget.

Another great transformation, and another happy customer! 👌

🏡 EXTENSION UPDATE – ILKESTON 🔨
Things are moving quickly over on this extension project in Ilkeston! 👊

Since breaking ground, we’ve got the footings dug and poured, walls built up to DPC, a concrete insulated floor installed, brickwork/blockwork up to wall plate & a retaining wall for steps to be built soon.

🚧 And now the flat EPDM insulated lantern roof is going on!

It’s great to see the extension really taking shape — from a hole in the ground to a proper addition to the property in no time! 💪

More progress to come… keep your eyes peeled for the finished result! 👀
