We got called to a leak on this 2 year old property in congleton 12 months ago. Pitch was measured at 14 degrees. I took it upon myself to do a report on the actual problem instead of what previous roofers were doing, changing the odd tile here and there.
I proposed that we raised the pitch to an acceptable level, re-brick the gables and install an internal dormer detail infront of the window so we could weather it.
12 months later after doing there own research, they agreed and asked us to do it! From survey, to design, to completion, this has been a great project to manage.
Originally priced for rubber but was feeling fancy and decided to try my hand at some lead mop rolls!
