Good Morning, below are the images from one of our recent contracts.

Over in Hayfield, Derbyshire, we deassebled and then rebuilt a 200yo chimney for our client. They had been experiencing water ingress for a long while of which a number of others failed to resolve during their own recommended individual repairs.

For anyone needing assistance or needing advice with their chimney issues…..whether it be the flashings, the stonework or anything other…. please get in touch for some professional help or otherwise for some free honest advice!

Good evening all….

We have a couple of big posts to be sharing in the coming week or so. But for now, we will illustrate another that we have been doing recently and just got over the line for our client.

Just finished below is a pair of Spanish slated new build homes, under construction over in the village of Eyam, Derbyshire. The village where the plague was first brought from London by suitcase and then contracted by a northern local, all the many years ago back then (a little history too) 😉👨‍🔬.

Elms Road, Heaton Moor, Stockport…..

We have during the last week got our most recent contract over the line, completed to a very high standard on all the details around.

The old clay Rosemary Reds taken off and disposed of. We then insulated all around for what is the first time at the address, thus improving the energy efficiency. New UPVC guttering installed, re-painting to the timbers, re-pointing to the many chimneys around the roof, including the lead flashings, welded by our specialist at all detail areas. Finialy we retiled the roof covering and re-installed the original clay ridge tiles using a dry fix and modern ventialted system to complete.

Another project finished to a exemplary standard for our very happy client!!

Our latest project over in Heaton Moor, Stockport is taking shape!!

It’s taken the team a mere 6 days to get the roof fully prepared and ready for the tiling. A full clearance of the loft space and all roof voids, then insulated back to a modern and compliant British standard.

Considering the extreme temperatures that the week has thrown at us, we have exceeded our duty to our client, no question!! A credit to everyone involved 🥵.

Good evening to all our followers. 🙏🏻 Below are some images to share from a generous sized contract we completed back in February!

Our client had been taken by ther previous contractors, to which the whole roof had to be removed and started again 😵‍💫. This is happening too often these days!

So we got to work and made some quality and precise roofing on many accounts. A roof shape and detail being not for all, we made a mint for the client and gave them the a finish that will out live many of the upcoming generations.

Good evening all.

A discipline that we don’t undertake often, but below are the images of a sheet roof we completed last month over in Macclesfield.

We also installed 5 velux windows during the contract, including ones one of a larger size than the usual, difficult and heavy to place.

You will see from the images that we achieved a finish to suit our promise from the offset. All fixings secured in straight lines and also to the perpendicular fixing spec as per the instruction from the manufacturer.
