And we’re off!!

Strip-out works are now underway at this amazing property on the beachfront in Old Hunstanton.

The final result is going to be a huge transformation — designed around coastal living, natural light, and that unbeatable connection between home and beach.

On site at Barley Courtyard in Holme-next-the-Sea today.

Years in the making, working closely with the parish and local councils, work is nearing completion on these five brand new principal homes. With around 60% of properties in the village being second homes or holiday lets, this is a much-welcomed scheme.

We are delighted to say that Planning has been approved on a remodel of the existing Dersingham Sports Pavillion, bringing much needed improved facilities to the local area.

Local sports and community are things we at STRATA are very passionate about, and this project on Crown Estate land will help improve this much used amenity for the benefit of everyone.

This weekend we enjoyed a glorious day of golf in support of RNLI at Old Hunstanton Golf Club, and we even found time (when we weren’t in the bunkers) to spy a few of the coastal properties we have worked on.

A wonderful day for a terrific cause.

This morning we joined our friends Atelier Assocates for a development course delivered by Calibre, focusing on high end residential air conditioning.

We were treated to fresh ‘Old Store’ pastries and coffee and it was wonderful to spend a morning with another local design office discussing all things architecture and design.

Thanks to Atleier and Calibre, and to The Old Store for their legendary produce.

FIRST LOOK 👀

Work is well underway with a complete refurbishment and extension in Burnham Market.

One of the questions that we are nearly always get asked is about introducing underfloor heating into an existing dwelling - it is a massive undertaking, but if working with airsource heat pumps, and thinking about no longer using oil boilers, it may just be a more comfortable way of living? We did it in our own home.

This project is being impeccably delivered by Jason Teviotdale and his team.
