One arch. Two decades apart.

The old white uPVC door and side panels had done their time. In their place, an anthracite composite door with glazed side panels and a curved top light, all made to measure to fit the original brick arch. Same opening, same brickwork, a completely different front to the house.

Arched openings need a door built for them rather than a standard size squeezed in, and that's exactly the kind of job we like. Call or WhatsApp 07487 719666, or send a photo of your door for a free, no-obligation quote. ldbespokeglazing.uk

Old stone. New windows.

Windows replacement this morning for a returning customer in Harley. The old timber frames had rotted and let the weather in, so they came out and new white uPVC went in, fitted tight to the stone so the cottage keeps its character and loses the draughts.

Second job for this customer, which is the best feedback we can get.

They called us back.

A new black composite door and a white uPVC window in Balby, Doncaster, for a customer we'd already fitted for once before. Repeat work is the review that matters most to us. It means the first job was done properly, the price was fair and there was no reason to ring anyone else.

If you need a door, a window or a full house of both, call or WhatsApp 07487 719666, or send us a photo for a free, no-obligation quote. The two who quote are the two who fit.

"The finished product totally transformed our property."

Thank you Lynn for this review after your new composite door and frosted glass surround. Choosing the design, the colour and the glass is where a lot of the work happens, so it's good to hear that part was as smooth as the fitting.

If you'd like help choosing the right door for your house, that's exactly what the free home visit is for. Luke and Dale come out, measure up, talk you through the options and leave you with a price and time to think.

Same porch. Whole new welcome.

Out went the white uPVC door with the arched glass and brass handle. In came a navy blue composite door with a frosted full-height side panel, chrome handle and letterplate. The frosted panel keeps the hallway light without giving the street a view in.

Navy works with red brick, render and stone alike, which is why it's one of the most popular colours we fit. If you'd like a new door in before Christmas, now's the time to get it booked.

Call or WhatsApp 07487 719666, or send us a photo of your door for colours, glass options and an honest price. Free quote, no obligation, and the two who quote are the two who fit.

New glass. Same door.

If the frame is sound, you don't need a new door or window. Whether it's a cracked pane, a unit that's misted up between the glass or a seal that's failed, we replace the glass and leave the frame where it is. Quicker, cleaner and a fraction of the cost of a full replacement.

This patio door in Barnsley went from taped up to good as new in one visit.

Call or WhatsApp Luke or Dale on 07487 719666, or send a photo of the pane and we'll give you a price for the glass alone. Free quote, no obligation.

Same footprint. Different house.

This was a lean-to conservatory with a polycarbonate roof: freezing in winter, unbearable in summer, and used mostly for storing garden furniture. Now it's a proper garden room.

We replaced the roof with a solid tiled one and a roof window for light, then fitted three-panel bi-fold doors with integral blinds and a composite side door. Same size as before, but it's now a room the family live in all year round, with the whole back wall opening onto the patio in summer.

If your conservatory is the room you avoid, send us a photo. We'll tell you honestly whether a roof replacement or a full rebuild makes sense and roughly what each would cost.

Message us or comment GARDENROOM and we'll get in touch.

Out with the white. In with the anthracite.

This porch had a white uPVC door flanked by two side panels, the standard set-up on thousands of houses like it. We replaced the lot with a pair of anthracite grey composite double doors with slim glazed panels, a glazed top light and stainless bar handles. Same opening, same brickwork, completely different house.

If you've got a wide porch and a door that's past its best, double doors are worth a look. They make the most of the width and they're as warm and secure as any single composite door.

Message us a photo of your front door and we'll come back with options and an honest price. Free advice, no pressure.
