What a difference a bit of planning and quality workmanship can make! 👌

We’ve recently completed this bathroom renovation, transforming a small, cramped shower area into a much more spacious, modern and practical bathroom.

🔨 Works carried out included:

✅ Removal of the existing small shower and rearrangement of the layout to maximise the available space.

✅ Removal and alteration of walls to improve the room layout, including relocating the doorway.

✅ Installation of a large shower tray to create a spacious, modern showering area.

✅ Full tanking of the shower area to provide essential waterproofing.

✅ New wall and floor tiling for a clean, contemporary finish.

✅ Installation of a new vanity unit, complete with a stylish splashback.

✨ THE FINISHED RESULT

A fantastic transformation that has completely changed the look and feel of the bathroom. By making better use of the available space, we’ve created a room that is not only more attractive but also far more practical for everyday use.

🔨 STRUCTURAL ALTERATION PROJECT 🔨

A major transformation to this property, removing 3 internal walls to completely open up the space.

We installed 3 structural steel beams, all carried out in accordance with the Structural Engineer’s calculations and specifications, followed by inspection and sign-off by Building Control.

The difference this has made to the property is incredible — creating a much larger, brighter and more open living space. 👌
