Electrical installation completed at Firs Lower School as part of the new HVAC/heating installation.

Our works included electrical supplies to the new fan coil units throughout the school, local fused isolation, thermostat/control cabling, new trace heating supplies and additional electrical works within the plant room.

With a mixture of classrooms, halls and plant areas to work around, the installation required a combination of surface containment and cable tray to suit the existing building while keeping everything neat and accessible.

All new circuits installed, tested and certified ready for the new heating system. ✅

⚡ New FCU electrical supplies
⚡ Local fused isolation
⚡ Thermostat & control wiring
⚡ Trace heating supplies
⚡ Plant room containment & electrical works
⚡ Testing & certification

COMMERCIAL & INDUSTRIAL ELECTRICAL REFURBISHMENT ⚡

A strong start by the ARM Electrix team on this full electrical refurbishment of a commercial manufacturing facility in St Neots.

The project covers the warehouse, offices, kitchen, toilets and welfare facilities, with works including:

• New power and lighting circuits
• Warehouse SWA supplies and industrial commando sockets
• Office power and lighting installation
• Kitchen, toilet and welfare electrical works
• New main and office distribution equipment
• Emergency and external lighting
• Fire and security alarm power supplies
• Testing, certification and final changeover

Plenty still to complete, but the first-fix installation is progressing well and the team is pushing the job forward across several areas at once.

If your commercial or industrial premises require electrical refurbishment, additional power, distribution upgrades or testing, get in touch with ARM Electrix Ltd.

Straight into another one ⚡️🏫

A last-minute school project landed with us in Ampthill, with a tight programme to work to but we will make it happen.

From here, the lads will be heading straight onto a full industrial electrical refurbishment in September, while the rest of the team keeps progressing our Harpenden smart-home new build alongside numerous smaller projects.

The diary is looking seriously busy heading into the next few months. 💪⚡️
