We recently attended Sprayed Concrete Solutions in Whitegate, Morecambe, to carry out an annual safety and service inspection on a door we originally installed 2 years ago.

The best part? The customer has experienced absolutely no issues with the door since installation, and it passed its inspection with flying colours! 💪✅

✅ Limits and controls operating correctly
✅ Motor and bracket secure
✅ Override facility tested
✅ Door components inspected

🔧 ROLLER SHUTTER SERVICING & REPAIRS – WIGAN 🧡🖤

Another successful visit completed by Finch Group NW Ltd at Curve IT Composites, Beech Hill, Wigan!

Our team returned to site following servicing to carry out essential repairs and replacements across multiple industrial doors.

🛠️ Work completed:
✅ Installed a new safety brake on Door 23
✅ Replaced 4 damaged locks on Door 30
✅ Realigned doors and adjusted endlock waves where required on Doors 6, 25, 28, 29 and 37
✅ Tested all doors and left everything in full working order

🚨 EMERGENCY CALLOUT COMPLETED – STALYBRIDGE 🧡🖤

Another emergency callout attended by Finch Group NW Ltd!

Our engineer attended a site in Stalybridge after a roller shutter became jammed in the headspace, preventing normal operation.

🔧 Work carried out:
✅ Attended site on an emergency callout
✅ Removed both guides to relieve pressure and lower the door
✅ Identified two bent endlocks near the middle/top of the curtain
✅ Replaced the endlocks and realigned the curtain
✅ Tested the shutter and left it in full working order

💪 Another problem resolved quickly and professionally, helping our customer get back to business with minimal disruption.
