Here at SGS we are a small team of close friends and family that has vast experience from many different aspects of the construction industry with a sprinkling of business acumen, all rolled up in a successful and well run business. We formed in 2014 and the business has gone from strength to strength ever since and gained an excellent reputation in the local and not so local community. We are also now the proud sponsors of Southwater FC enabling them to get a brand new kit ready for the new season. We offer hard landscaping services and we're proud to be one of the highest rated landscaping experts in our local area. Project Completion | South Lodge Hotel & Spa

Our team recently completed a resin bound pathway at the beautiful South Lodge Hotel & Spa in Horsham.

The works included the installation of granite sett edging, followed by a resin bound finish in Tuscan, supplied by our trusted supplier Vuba Kent Vuba

The finished pathway provides a durable, attractive surface that complements the surrounding landscape.

It has been a privilege to contribute to this project, particularly at such a well established venue local to us.

Another project completed for a valued repeat client, Thermo Fisher Scientific in Horsham.

New pathways installed, giving the site a fresh, clean and durable finish.

Another project complete, this time over in East Grinstead on a multi-resident access road.

Covering an area of approximately 420m2, the team hand laid AC10 dense binder at 35mm, leaving a clean and tidy finish for the residents.

Proud to support local 🏉

SGS Surfacing were really pleased to recently sponsor Hill Rugby , with our donation going towards the Under 12s post-match ties for this season.

The boys received their new ties at their presentation evening, and our very own Sam, Zach and Lee went along to present them.

Such a good evening and lovely to be able to support a local club and the next generation of players.

The team have been working hard this week to make sure the preparation is spot on for this domestic project in Burgess Hill.

With the prep complete, the guys have barrowed and raked 40t, getting everything ready for the final resin layer.

A lot of hard work goes into getting to this stage, but good preparation makes all the difference to the finished result.

Not every job makes for the most exciting progress photos, but getting the preparation right is what makes the difference to the finished result.

The SGS Surfacing team have been busy preparing this domestic project in Burgess Hill, getting everything ready for the next stage of works and the installation of a resin bound finish.

🔙 Throwback to this time last year…

A lot can change in 12 months, but the focus remains the same, alongside quality, reliable delivery and a professional finish on every project.

Summer Holidays Complete! ☀️🏫

And that’s a wrap on another busy summer of school projects for the SGS Surfacing team!

We’ve been busy transforming school grounds and completing surfacing works across Sussex and Surrey, and we’re pleased to say our final school project of the summer has now been completed in Hove!

A big thank you to our clients, suppliers and everyone who has helped make this summer a busy and successful one.
