Hi and welcome to Dr.J Plumbing And Heating. Times are busy with repairs, since having my gas ticket but I still love doing the bathrooms. Pipework in copper, wastes in solvent weld and brought the radiator from microbore onto Chrome 15mm. Something a little different.Check the comments for a little video.

Boiler service done with the heat exchanger cleaned up, 2nd plate cleaned up due to the hot water not working properly. Condense trap cleaned and a new combustion seal installed. Booked back in for a flush and a magnafilter introduced on the Heating side to try prevent future breakdowns. Customers over the moon there getting things working properly again. Prevention is cheaper than the cure. Feel free to get in touch with any questions or queries.

So after a chimney clean and a gas suitable bird cowl installed this fire is up and running again. We did another service to make sure it passed this time, which it did. So the customer can be safe and warm this winter.

Hi and welcome to Dr.J Plumbing and Heating. The customer wanted the bath out but the shower keeping. A extractor installing to prevent mold and some fresh tiles, new units with new pipework. Gas fire condemned today due to failing its flow test. Clearly this catchment space hasn't been cleaned out but this was due to the customer not having the appliance serviced regularly, according to them this was due to not using it often. They complained on sickness and dizziness when the fire was on. This could have been fatal for the customer.

Boiler and gas fire service done today in Hornsea. Customer said the fire hadn't been removed on previous services😪. This needs to be done to check the catchment space and to carry out a flue flow test. If you would like to book a service or have any questions, feel free to get in touch.
