Was tasked to replace a rotting timber fence.And replace with a close board tanalised fence using the exsisting concrete posts. We stripped the old timber fence and removed the rusty bolts which was a challenge in itself. OMG the original post were seriously out of line. No string line was used when they were set in place 😂😂. Shouldn't laugh as it was a nightmare of a job. Its amazing it turned well. The fence bordered 5 properties. Well I can actually say all 5 Property owners were happy with the resulting finish. 🙂

Replaced a pair of extremely worn Band & Hook hinges. The customer was definitely a true Yorkshire Gent, got his money out of the old pair. As the hooks wore down he added nails to take up the wear. 😂 Take a close look at the photos and see if you can spot the old oval nails. They really put up a fight to remove them.

Was called out too an underground sewage storage tank. The overflow alarm was going off. That only meant one thing the outlet pump had gone ping tong.Disable alarm as its annoying. Search for and hope there is a rope 🙏 to pull it up. Job for big gloves which come right up my arms.🤢 Found rope disconnected pump from outlet pipe. And recovered poorly pump. So much more pleasant when you can see what you are dealing with. Washed it off and got serial numbers to order a replacement. Got new pump reattached. And hey presto empty tank 😊. Happy Customers. Home for a shower. 🚿🙂
