4 bath/shower rooms total aswell as underfloor heating and radiators. All fed by the main plant area on the top floor.

Standard tank fed system with hot water cylinder removed and replaced with a Worcester Bosch high efficiency combination boiler.
It was a tight squeeze in the cabinet as you can see, but we made it work like always.
We also replaced all radiators in the property along with a few other minor plumbing jobs.

Tank fed cylinder converted to mains pressure unvented system completed last week for a customer in Walton.

Potterton Powermax HE replaced with a new Worcester Bosch Combi today after it was condemned by the manufacturer last week.

The Powermax model has been linked with multiple fatalities in the past, so many engineers including ourselves won’t work on these models due to the risks involved if it goes wrong.

If you have one of these boilers we strongly recommend getting the manufacturer out to assess it, it could save your life.
