🌳 Full Site Clearance Complete 🌳

We recently completed a full site clearance to prepare the way for an exciting new-build home and landscaping project.

The site contained a vast number of overgrown conifers in poor condition, along with several ash and sycamore trees that had become unsafe due to age and deterioration. After a careful assessment, we safely removed the trees and vegetation, leaving the site clean, level and ready for the next stage of development.

Every project is different, but our goal is always the same: carry out the work safely, efficiently and with respect for the site and its future.

🌳 **Full-Time Arborist Wanted – New Leaf Arb Ltd**

We’re looking for a full-time arborist to join New Leaf Arb Ltd.

This isn’t a job advert for someone who just wants to sit in a van, drag a few branches, and wait for Friday.

We’re looking for someone who takes pride in doing the job properly — whether that’s dismantling trees, working around power lines, keeping a site tidy, or helping build a small company with a strong reputation.

We’re a Lincolnshire-based arboricultural company carrying out utility, commercial, and domestic tree work. Our work includes climbing, MEWP work, line clearance, reductions, dismantles, site clearance work, and everything in between.

We run good kit, including tracked and vehicle-mounted MEWPs, tracked chipper, 4x4 arb trucks, and professional climbing and rigging equipment.

We work in a high-energy, fast-paced environment that isn’t for the faint-hearted, so you’ll need to be ready to get stuck in and keep up.

The right person will be reliable, practical, willing to learn, and able to work as part of a small team. Experience is important, but attitude matters just as much.

We’d rather have someone who turns up, listens, grafts, and improves than someone who thinks they know everything already.

**The role will include:**

Tree climbing and aerial work, depending on experience
Ground work, rigging, dragging, chipping, and site clearance
Utility and commercial arboricultural work
Domestic tree work
MEWP work
Working safely and professionally around customers, the public, and other contractors
Keeping sites tidy and leaving work finished to a high standard

**Ideally, you’ll have:**

Chainsaw tickets
Climbing and aerial rescue qualifications
A driving licence
Experience in arboriculture
A good attitude and strong work ethic

Utility arb tickets would be a bonus, but they’re not essential for the right person.

A close call for this brand-new fence 🌳

This willow had suffered a large snapped-out limb, hanging right over the newly installed fencing. We carefully dismantled and removed the failed limb without damaging the fence, then pollarded the tree back to a safer framework.

The aim was to reduce the risk of further failures, take the weight out of the crown, and give the willow the best chance of recovering and putting on healthy regrowth.

Not every damaged tree has to come straight out — with the right approach, sometimes it can be retained and managed safely for the future.

✅ Willow pollarded for future management
✅ Site left tidy
