It's great to share a quick progress snap of the Camberley Town Centre Demolition Project, in which Oander are providing PM, QS and PD services to Surrey Heath

With local contractor, Collard Ltd delivering the works as Principal Contractor, the asbestos removal is now substantially complete, with the main demolition works due to be commencing shortly.

The project represents a significant investment in the town by the Borough Council and will hopefully provide a catalyst for continued regeneration.

With the football season having recently started, the holiday season a distant memory, mum and dad weekend taxi services beginning to be booked and the weather starting to turn, we were delighted to receive the squad photo of Chesworth Rover Under 16s with their new kit, funded via the Oander Charitable Foundation.

Chesworth have had a cracking start to the season, with a fantastic 3 - 0 win against Hurstpierpoint Colts. Good Luck Lads!

Oander are delighted to be supporting IHSS (Decontamination & Sterile Service Solutions), part of Fresenius Group, with their new, start of the art facility in Southampton, which forms part of the wider Adanac Park Development.

This multi-million pound development, will see Oander provide Contract Administration and Quantity Surveying services for this complex fit out to provide for their Sterile Services allowing for safe, re-useable surgical instruments and medical devices.

With the project team, including Bauvill, GM61 Limited and ONE Creative starting to mobilise in preparation for starting on site imminently.

Oander have been appointed by IHSS Sterilisation and Decontamination Services to provide management services at new facility at Adanac Park.

Did you know the Oander team have extensive experience in delivering projects across heavy civils, rail, public realm and highways?

The team continue to work and support a range of clients who continue to invest and develop key infrastructure, such as the Western Boulevard Project in Crawley, for Crawley Borough Council where we are the Principal Designer, ensuring compliance with the CDM Regulations.

The scheme is designed to improve a town centre 'bottleneck' for 10 million passengers a year. With the improvements being funded as part of the Crawley Growth Programme, it is an extension of the previously completed Eastern Gateway scheme. All contributing to the continued great work of Crawley Town Centre BID.

The works are being delivered by Edburton Contractors Ltd and the scheme was designed by Project Centre Ltd.

Oander are delighted to have been awarded the lead role as Programme Managers by London Fire Brigade providing the full suite of multi-disciplinary services as we support them in their journey to decarbonise a selection of their stations across the capital.

This two-year programme will see Oander utilise our expertise in delivering projects within live operational environments, with all the fire stations to remain fully operational throughout the programme along with providing, sharing and implement decarbonisation strategies and works.
