Exciting news from the JVB Construction team! We’ve been appointed as principal contractor for a new residential development in West Sussex. 🏡

The project will deliver 35 new homes across a 12.5-acre greenfield site, including over 6 acres of open meadows.

We’re proud to be taking on our largest residential project to date and look forward to bringing the development to life.

Project Update | The Paddock, Lingfield, Surrey 🌿

Excellent progress continues at The Paddock, Lingfield, where we’re delivering seven individually designed luxury detached homes for Bruckland Developments Ltd with their show home, plot 7, due for completion and launching this autumn.

The latest progress across the site:

🔹 Plot 1: Decorating starts this week
🔹 Plot 2: Screeding underway
🔹 Plot 3: First-fix carpentry progressing
🔹 Plot 4: First-fix M&E progressing
🔹 Plot 5: Plasterboard being closed up
🔹 Plot 6: Second-fix carpentry underway
🔹 Plot 7: Second-fix underway, with decorating to follow

External works commenced last week, including BT ducting, kerbs with fencing and landscaping to follow.

It’s great to see the development moving through the build programme, with the homes now really taking shape.

💠 Project Update | Golden Manor Mews, Hanwell

Construction is now well underway at one of our latest projects, Golden Manor Mews in Hanwell, West London. Another exciting residential development being delivered on behalf of Bruckland Developments Ltd.

The project is now progressing into the next key phase of construction. Following the successful completion of the groundworks, foundations and block and beam floor, our team is moving ahead with the superstructure works.

The scheme will comprise nine contemporary new homes, including a mix of semi-detached and detached four- and five-bedroom properties situated in a sought-after, leafy West London location.

Golden Manor Mews also marks an exciting milestone for JVB Construction as our first residential project within the London boroughs.

We’re delighted to be working alongside Bruckland Developments once again and look forward to sharing regular site progress updates as the scheme continues to take shape.

We’re delighted to share that our recent project, Mill Farm in Chalfont St. Giles has been shortlisted as a finalist for ‘Residential Development of the Year’ at the Thames Valley Property Awards 2026.

A proud moment for JVB and Bruckland Developments, and fantastic recognition of the collaboration behind our first development in Buckinghamshire.

Mill Farm has transformed a former brownfield site into an exclusive collection of five luxury family homes, alongside significant environmental improvements to the surrounding landscape and the River Misbourne.

As our first residential development in Buckinghamshire approaches completion, the team is applying the final finishing touches before preparing to hand over these impressive new homes.

JVB Construction has delivered every stage of the project, from groundworks through to the structural build, high-quality internal finishes and final external landscaping. Careful coordination across every phase has resulted in the successful delivery of five individually designed, five-bedroom detached homes.
